LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY

Hawk Gazer warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. The product made by Hawk Gazer, purchased from an authorized dealer and purchased and used in United State is covered by this warranty lasted for a period of 18 moths from the date of original purchase of the product. You are guaranteed to be covered by this warranty only if you are the original purchaser of the product, have the original receipt and the product is under normal use. This warranty does not cover normal maintenance and service and it is void if the product or the parts which have been subject to modification, disassembled, misuse, negligence, accident, improper maintenance or repair by anyone other than Hawk Gazer.  Hawk Gazer may repair or replace the products that do not conform to this warranty at its option.

For warranty service, fill and submit the Customer Service Form online at www.hawkgazer.com, or contact Customer Service at 800-518-1966.  You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) and return procedure with delivery destination before return the product for repair or replacement.  Hawk Gazer will not assume any responsibility for any loss or damage incurred in shipping.
